Delivery times

Following payment your order will be processed for shipment within 5 workdays. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination of the order.
All orders placed in Italy should take 3-5 business days to arrive.
For international orders delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes.
Return Policy: Items may be returned in as new condition within 15 days of purchase.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Animaux Formidables.

We reserve the right to refuse a replace/refund if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled after purchase.
